1. Material selection and modification process
Substrate adaptability
Mainstream materials:
PC/ABS alloy: accounting for more than 65% (impact strength ≥60kJ/m², heat deformation temperature 110℃);
Bio-based nylon (PA410): carbon footprint reduced by 50%, suitable for high-end business notebooks;
LDS plastic (laser direct forming): contains 20%-30% glass fiber to meet the needs of 5G antenna integration.
Key parameters:
Flame retardant grade must reach UL94 V-0 (1.6mm thickness);
Surface resistance ≤10⁶Ω (anti-static spray compatibility).
Functional modification
Add 0.5%-1% graphene to improve thermal conductivity (shell thermal conductivity >3W/mK);
Nano-silicon dioxide coating (thickness ≤5μm) achieves anti-fingerprint + anti-scratch dual effects (pencil hardness ≥2H).
2. Mold design and molding process
Core points of mold
Wall thickness control: 1.2-1.5mm in the main area, ≥2.2mm in the corner reinforcement area (to prevent warping and deformation);
Conformal water channel: spiral cooling channel in 3D printing mold, temperature difference fluctuation ≤±1.5℃;
Exhaust design: open 0.02mm micro exhaust groove (≥1 exhaust channel per 100mm²).
Structural design and functional integration
Mechanical optimization
Strengthening rib layout: using topological optimization algorithm, rib height ≤3 times wall thickness, root R angle ≥0.5mm;
Snap structure: double hook design (plug-in force 25-35N), life>5000 cycle tests;
Drop protection: energy absorption columns are added at the four corners (Shore hardness 70D, compression rebound rate>90%).
Functional fusion innovation
Antenna integration: LDS process realizes millimeter wave antenna (28GHz frequency band, gain ≥5dBi);
Cooling coordination: 0.3mm thick heat spreader is embedded in the mold (thermal diffusion coefficient>400W/mK).
IV. Surface treatment and aesthetic design
Coating technology
IMR (in-mold transfer): 0.1mm texture accuracy (wood grain/carbon fiber effect), wear resistance test>5000 times steel wool friction;
NCVM coating: non-conductive vacuum plating (film thickness 0.2-0.5μm), wave transmittance>95% (5G signal lossless);
Antibacterial coating: silver ion doping (antibacterial rate>99.9%, in line with ISO 22196).
Color management
Adopt Pantone Connect cloud color calibration system (ΔE≤1.5);
UV curing ink (weather resistance>3 years, xenon lamp aging test 2000 hours).
V. Testing, certification and mass production control
Key test items
Environmental reliability:
85℃/85%RH double 85 test for 500 hours (dimensional change rate <0.15%);
-40℃ to 75℃ hot and cold shock 1000 times (no cracking).
Mechanical strength:
Keyboard area load-bearing 50kg (deformation <0.3mm);
Handle fatigue test >25,000 opening and closing times (damping attenuation ≤10%).
Intelligent quality control
Industrial CT full inspection (accuracy 0.5μm, detection of ≥0.1mm³ bubbles/shrinkage);
AI visual sorting (color difference, scratch detection accuracy >99.99%).
