Product details

We mainly produce plastic shells for air conditioner molds, which can be designed according to your size. Our design is free and can be designed until you are satisfied. We have professional designers. The product pictures only show the air conditioner shell molds that we have made before. If the pictures do not interest you, please contact us. We have more cases of making plastic products, and the quality is very good.

The simple transaction process is:
1. You give us samples or drawings.
2. We will quote according to your drawings.
3. After you agree to the quotation, you pay the deposit (the deposit is the full price of the mold + 30% of the product)
4. Our factory started to make molds.
5. After the mold is completed, we will send you samples.
6. After you agree to the samples, we start to produce plastic products.
7. After the production of the product is completed, you pay the balance and we will arrange the delivery for you.

If you need to send the mold to your country, after step 5, send the mold directly to your country.

6. Our payment terms.
Mold: full payment, product: 50% deposit, 50% of the balance payment is paid before shipment.
7. Design, drawing and quotation issues.
It is best to provide us with 3D drawings.
If there is no drawing, you need to send us a sample.
We will quote you according to your samples or drawings. The quotation time will take about 1-2 days. If it is urgent, you can contact us by email and we will give you a quotation first.
